Civ 5 Quitters Exposed

The purpose of this group is to identify quitters, hackers, and people who boot others in Civ 5 for disgraceful reasons such as declaring war, etc. Significance is placed on providing screenshots of violations, rather than baseless accusations. This group is intended to be public so that anybody can see. Hopefully this group helps Civ 5 players to better decide whom they do or don't want to play with and allow into their games, based on their history of quitting, booting or other offensive actions.

If someone quits in your game or boots you for (what you consider to be) an unjust reason, take a screenshot (F12) and try to capture as much relevant information as you can. Proof is important.

If the person quits the same turn that they missed the Great Library, for example, try to capture their capitol in the screenshot, exposing their attempt to build it, if you can. The more information that you can provide, the merrier.

Keep in mind that sometimes players crash, or other unfortunate events inevitably come up, so just because somebody disconnects one time should not necessarily condemn that person as a quitter. But hopefully your screenshots can provide context to better understand the reasons for disconnections.
