"CHILLI RAFFLES" is a brand new Team Fortress 2 group focused on raffling for TF2 weapons, hats, paints, festives, keys and more!

• We Live by GMT +8 Hours.
• Raffles are held weekly on Fridays Western Standard time.
• Entry fee will be stated in the event's description.

Rules:

• Don't ask for refunds if you don't win.
• If the item you have won is not collected within 48 hours the item will be re-raffled in the future.
• Contact one of the owners for your entry fee to be added to the raffle. (send trade offer)
• Don't be abusive in group discussions or comments (e.g. Racism, Spam/Scam links, Porn websites, etc ...)
• Questions asked in group discussions or comments that are not directly related to our raffles, will be left unanswered by owners and admins.
• Don't ask for a moderator/admin/owner position. This will result in being withdrawn from the next raffle. If you are a repeat offender, you will be removed from the group indefinitely. Period.
• All raffles are drawn randomly.
• We do not grant a favoured raffle entry to anyone. Anyone to request this, whether it be with bribes or threats, will be removed from the group PERMANENTLY!
• No advertisements for any other steam groups in group discussions or comments.
• Don't ask for your fee back if you request to be removed from the raffle.
• Any items other than pure or any items offered without a message notifying the user hosting the raffle will be taken as donation, and more than likely raffled

Typically an item worth 3-5 refined will be a 0.33 entry, and item worth 5-10 ref will be a 0.66 refined entry and an item worth 10+ ref will be a 1 refined entry. Do you want to help kickstart my upcoming "Road to Strange Spec KS" Youtube Series?

I'll be starting with 1 Scrap. I'll try to make more and more until I have enough to trade for a Strange Specialized Killstreak Weapon.

Q: What is a Kickstarter?
A: A kickstarter is basically a "boost" into the series. Even kickstarting with 2 unique TF2 items will help!
