The name "Celestia" is based on its first appearance in 1583 as a synonym for divine. Based on the word caelestis(Latin) from caelum = Sky. This word is related to the words heaven or divinity (Celestial beings).
Its major function was used as "Celestial Empire", relating to an old name for China.
This word's meaning can be transmitted to powerful, otherworldly, eternal and sacred.
