Why does it say that I do not have a public profile or own CS:GO when I clearly do?
Users with a VAC or game ban on Steam are not allowed. To prevent abuse, we consider ownership of CS:GO only when a user can no longer refund the game. If you've only recently bought CS:GO, play a little more and your account will become verified.


General rules that withdrawals follow:

Your profile must be public and you must own CS:GO to withdraw.

lol why would i say that? You don't even own CSGO on your steam account, why would i refund you and transfer your credits? It clearly says on our FAQ you must own CSGO, and also in our withdraw page that you MUST OWN CSGO TO WITHDRAW.
