I wrote to the csgohandouts support on steam, the support called me to write to the AdGate support.
I done it. I wrote to the AdGate support, but he doesnt answered me.
Is there any other way how i can get unbanned ?

I'm sorry, if we told you to contact AdGate you must do so until they've replied to you. There's no other way.

That error means you are banned

There is a pinned topic labelled “post here for site and chat bans” - post there with your 64id and read the thread for more information

I can already see what offers he does. I needed proof of him logging into your account if he is to be site banned

Currently, user 'Smoke' will be punished by permanent chat ban. On account for him using your account, i can offer a site ban on your account which shall be permanent, but that is up to you.
