Hey

Like many others you've been banned by a Survey Provider - which in your case is SuperRewards.

We are unable to do anything other than supply you with that info..I'm sorry, but you will have to contact their support with your SuperRewards Unique ID, and ask them for a ban lift.

Sorry to hear you're leaving the group,

but good luck with your unban - unfortunately with Survey Providers, they are on a lot of different sites for different things. If you wish to use this one on another site, you will still need to utilize this info for a ban.
