If you've not recieved credits its due to the provider not rewarding you them for completion or satisfaction of completing while following specified requirements.

It's automatically awarded on CSGOHandouts (your GoCoins) when Survey Provider has deemed said offer(s) completed and credited Handouts.

You can use imgur,gyazo etc for uploading imgs here..but like Stig has - if (for the first time, which is possible) the provider has made a mistake or had a mistake take place..You will need to provided adequate proof of everything, including your full conversation with the provider, to be reviewed..and will be taken care of.

It's appreciated that you took the time to warn users of your recent misfortunes.

I would recommend: Contact the Survey Provider, in which the said Survey(s) mentioned here, with some support of what you're saying...I am confident that they will take nec action on the matter. As we have fewer providers that were chosen to keep on Handouts - for their reputable names.

Also - you could list the ones here as well, so users can be aware of the ones that you are talking bout.

Understanding 50%.

5/10 rolls winning is not "50%" odds.
Everytime you roll the dice, the odds of winning is 1/2.
So,
Each roll starts at 50/50 chance..if you lost the first roll...you stand the same chance to lose the next just the same..
It's not, now, a greater chance it will win becauzse the last roll lost...that is of no meaning to the present roll...
Losing 19 rolls out of 20 on .50 payout (although unlikely and very upsetting ) can and is very likely the results from play at 50% odds..

Recent changes and a little update on what's to come.

I have full faith in Stig, as he's truly been my co since the beginning ..Therefore..

Please congratulate him, as he deserves it.

This does not mean you can dodge my decisions...I always refer with him anyways, I will be the one issue g final decisions. Things can be reversed if justifiable.

Regardless of the hate going around, I run support fairly. Almost all decisions I made, moding demod, it was not on a whim. It was discussed to confirm I'm making a just decision.

I don't have a bad day and demod. I also am not to reply to your post same day, next day, or even dame week...and that will still stand with Stig as CO.

Mike knows and runs this..we are doing exactly as expected.
