I lost all of my skins because of this scammer
So I was gambling on a website. Then this guy came to me and said: Anyone wants ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?($15 worth)??? I said : yes
He added me on steam.
He took all my skins and gambled it away. Next he regained my trust and I said ok. Then he came to csgohandouts and tried to steal all of my credits but I couldn't chat yet. He also uses stolen iban cards to complete surveys and get points on csgohandouts. Could you ban him please? His steam id: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/profiles/76561198165239707/

1. You can't get other people to punish someone just because you had made bad decisions.

These decisions do not involve CSGOHandouts. We are not getting in the middle of them.

2. I can not do anything without adequate proof of wrongful acts/rule breaking on CSGOHandouts is provided.

I can't just go off of you saying someone did something to you.

When you can provide me with proof of lude acts on CSGOHandouts site involving you and him, I will further take action. Right now nothing.
