I just got a PM on the forums about these guys creating chaos .
If you have any admin sits with them and they're guilty give them the warning and then a kick.
If it's a big case that results in banning them you can mess with him a little bit.
(recommended: Jail him and kill / stun stick him for hours, it's pretty annoying for him C:)
