Group for Burpees Enthusiasts. Dont sit around at home feeling depressed or lazy. Eating on the couch all day. Get your ass up and start sweating. Its Burpees Time!!! Put the food down and walk away. Start stretching get your blood flowing. Workout and do burpees!!! Serve a purpose!!! No excuses!! Sometimes I have sinus problems. Allergies or whatever it may be. But WE sweat thru it. Sometimes the burpees are twice as hard. When I'm having these issues but I push thru em!!! I have to!!!
