Ranged People please try to always have a ranged weapon

only the king and his lordmarshall and bowmaster may grant new ranks in there respected weapon type groups(eg ranged and melee) may grant new ranks * means only one person will hold that rank also the lordmarshall only answer to the king and the bowmaster to the king and lordmarshall.
