Greetings Brothers!

Alright, so we've got a fair amount of new players in the past 1-2 months so I figured I'd go over the state of recruitment for everyone as well as how the recruitment process works.

General Recruitment Process:
1. Identify skilled, talented, and/or dedicated players that are not affiliated with other actives Chivalry clans.
2. Engage said player over the course of a week in mulitple game modes and in IMs and just get a feel for who they are, how they play, and if they'd be a good fit.
3. Ask the important questions - how old are they, do they play in first or third person, are they interested in competitive play, what's their schedule like, etc.
4. Notify clan recuitment officers (currently Diamond and PanicRageGG) about the player and get their opinion.
5. Bring the player in on in-house games or pratice as well as get other clan members to play with and engage them. See how they generally mix with the rest of the clan.
6. Get the player on TeamSpeak, plain and simple.
7. If the player shows promise they will then be given a 2-3 week recruitment period where they will put on the Apex recruit tag and they will be further assessed to see how well they do and get along with the clan.

Note:
-They do not have to be the best players but they have to be open to constructive criticism and dedicated to improving.
-UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU EVER OUTRIGHT OFFER A PLAYER A SPOT. It doesn't matter how good they are or how well you know them, it's disrespectful to other recruits and they will not integrate well into the clan.
-Players MUST BE 18+ years old. Absolutely no exceptions.

State of Recruitment:

Knights - Filled
Vanguards - 2-4
MAA's - 1-2
Archers - 1-2

Unless a player is exceptional, we can't take anymore knights, and even then there's no promise that they'll get much play-time. The numbers posted for the other three classes though are the ideal ones. We can take more for those classes if there's that many interested.

Ello Ello,

I hope you've been enjoyin ya tea and crumpets ya grubby little wankas! It's time tah git this outfit back into gear and back out onto the battlefield!

Okay, terrible introductions aside, yeah as a clan we're getting more into chivalry again. But with that comes a couple of updates.

1. We need to see who in the clan is still interested in playing on a competitive level.

2. We'll need to know when people are generally free so we can figure out when to set up scrims and who will be available for tournaments (There's actually been a fair number of them going on lately)

3. (Critical) - We need to recruit! We are down players due to both temporary and permanent reasons.

From what has been gathered we need...

- 1 Knight
- 2-3 Vanguards
- 1 (Possibly 2) MAA's
- 1 Archer

4. We need more people playing together more. With the new patch we all need to practice and get more familiarized with the new functionality. And we need to get a feel for teamwork and how each person works in general, again.

If people feel we need more, that's something we can all discuss, but judging from current and past activity, these are the absolute minimum numbers to get the clan fully functioning and competitive again.

There will be posts related to each of these topics. Please put a response. If a response is not seen then we'll assume you are not interested in playing Chiv wtih us and we'll recruit additional people to fill your spot (Don't worry, you're not getting kicked from the clan).
