Rose and Perlito are Christian missionaries from the Philippines and the founders of Bridge of Hope Kampuchea. After 6 years of planting churches in Kampong Thom province of Cambodia, they received a mandate from God to pioneer Bridge of Hope Kampuchea (Bridge of Hope Christian Fellowship). The Gatmens moved to Poipet, Cambodia in May 2009; they were drawn to the area after observing the prevalance of domestic violence, jobless widows, and at risk youth.

The Gatmens continue to instill hope in the community and strive to empower those around them. With Bridge of Hope Kampuchea's short presence in the city, they have and contine to impact many families who are in need and over a hundred youth ages 5-18.

Bridge of Hope Fellowship Kampuchea

The vision for Bridge of Hope Fellowship Kampuchea is to reach the community through the love of Christ and develop disciples that will serve throughout Cambodia.

The church meets for worship on Sundays and for prayer on Fridays. Community outreach happens weekly through evangelism, meal distribution, and other needs as they arise.

Bridge of Hope Center

The focus of Bridge of Hope Center is to empower, mentor, and educate the youth in the area in order to end the cycle of poverty and prevent human trafficking. It is a safe-haven within the community of Poipet that opens its doors to an average of 120 students a day. These students are given the opportunity to attend ESL classes, Bible studies, Computer, and Music classes. On an average day, you will find students playing jump rope, soccer, and riding bicycles before or after classes. It is truly a place where each child is able to feel safe, loved, and cherished.

Send A Child To School

The mission of Send A Child To School is to provide impoverished children with a sense of hope and access to education at a prestigious private school in Cambodia. Sponsored students are mentored by Bridge of Hope staff, provided school fees, snacks, and transportation. Currently, there are 65 sponsored students for the 2015-2016 school year.
