WARNING: Armature "Armature" has non-uniform scale. Mesh deformation in Source will differ from Blender.

Thank you for your response. I selected all the objects and pressed Ctrl + A and then scale, but I still get the same error. Am I doing something wrong?

Ability to import official CS:S sources v_models into blender without a problem.

I'm not very interested in supporting leaked model sources. They may just be broken.
They are not. They are functionally correct for model compiler.
Another example is L4D2 starter kit, they also have misplaced bones hierarchy

then how does workaround this? because as I said, it compiles fine as is, unedited, but if I edit the animation, it breaks
Option 1:
Compile raw files, decompile
Option 2 (tedious):
import animations as separate objects. Bone constraint mesh bones. For each animation, do bake.

That not help, reduced. im find why crashed. i guess reason is bad export by Source Tool. When im use in blender Armature modifier and exporting so that happening.
Не бывает плохого экспорта. Есть лимиты в компилере.
Сперва пробовать убрать фокусы, посмотреть как переварит

Failure to load Source 2 decompiled DMX file

I have noticed that exporting in gltf format works fine and in order to do this in the CLI Decompiler you have to decompile directly from the package:
