Thanks for working that out xDShot! If you have a bit of scripting experience it's easy to fix up your SMDs for GoldSrc. You need to parse the triangles section and translate the weights at the end of the line into a bone ID at the start. Here's the spec.

The SMD is fine. The values at the start of the line are indeed ignored. The problem is probably that you have the $staticprop command in your QC file, which tells studiomdl to remove all bones and perform various other optimisations for a non-animated model.

The export looks correct. You need to increase the scale of your model in Blender.

Can't repro. It's set to 5/15 in the source code and always has been.

No problems here. If you just updated the Source Tools you'll need to restart Blender. Otherwise reinstall.

You'll also need to redo your rigging. You should have one armature containing all the bones you want, not multiple armatures with one bone each!

It's now enabled by setting Bone Append Mode to "Append to Target", which is the default setting. Do you have the right armature selected when you import?

It looks like your reference mesh and animations disagree about the orientation of those bones. Are they all exports from Blender?

Materials aren't imported. What you are seeing is normal. Try exporting and compiling the model and you'll see everything working.

Your object seems to be corrupted. It has a constraint on it which is resolving to None, which shouldn't be possible.
