[FIXED] DMX Flex normals issue
Ugh. I've fixed that too and re-released 2.5.2.
I've just released a proper fix for this. Try the tongue again.

Exporting Error (Traceback)
Very odd. Try reinstalling the Tools via User Preferences > Add-ons.

[SOLVED] Model's texture is not loaded (VMT cannot be found)
That should be OK then. HLMV can tell you the path of the material it's trying to load on the model tab. What's it saying?
What is the name of your VMT?

Does your object have a Material assigned? That will take precedence over any Texture.
