Hello, I am new to both blender and the whole 3D stuff so I tried my best to fix the problem on my own but I miserably failed... I would appreciate any kind of help

I am trying to import TF2 models into blender. I followed this guide on youtube (https://youtu.be/ms-Yp8m74Jc used Crowbar, GCFScape, Blender Source Tool and VTFEdit) and despite it is a bit outdated it seems to be working, except that I get these error messages and the model is tilted forward for 90degrees(I assume it's bc of the VTA vertices stuff?). I am not sure if it has something to do with this but when I ignore the messages and try to put textures on the model, the head part would be the only one on which textures will not be applied. Furthermore it looks like the imported model has multiple models inside it all put together in one place... is this normal?

so to clear things up
1. Is there any solution to fix these errors?(no such file or directory & VTA vertices not matched to a mesh vertex)
2. What should I do to put texture on the head part?
3. Is it normal to have multiple models inside the Model?
