Bulk exported actions are affected by each other
The title is a bit confusing, but here's the thing. I've imported a bunch of animations into blender as actions. Some of them move around, some of them are simple idles. When I bulk export these animations they get slightly affected by each other. Here's an example.

Let's say we have three animations (as actions):
  • idle
  • walk_forward
  • prone_idle

"idle" is happening at 0 0 0, "walk_forward" starts at 0 0 0 and ends at 0 0 100, "prone_idle" happens at 0 0 0. When I bulk export them through Source Tools, "walk_forward" affects "prone_idle" so because "walk_forward" ends at 0 0 100, "prone_idle" starts at the same point.

It probably sounds very confusing, so here's a bunch of gifs:

As you can see prone animation has moved in space and now happens exactly where run animation ends. And yes I've checked the exported .smd file and it's definitely not a problem with .qc.

It does not happen if I import and export animations one by one and I'd probably do that, but I've got a shipload of animations I need to process so that isn't an option. Is there a way to fix this or am I doing something wrong?

Apologies if this topic was brought up already but I've found nothing about this problem. I can upload .blend file as well as .qc if needed.
