So in order to get the physics of a ragdoll to work, you need to assign weight value to specific verticies of the physics mesh. But, when I did that for the rootbone, it has no $jointconstrain, and can rotate where ever it wants, but I don't want that, so how do I fix this?

Can you keyframe the flex value in blender?

How do you animate the flexes?

I already included the flex controllers.

I know how to make facial flexes in blender, but how do I animate them and keyframe them so when I compile it into an MDL, the flexes work when I spawn the NPC?

Nevermind, I found the bones that had 0 weights to any of the bodygroups.

Ok, when you said that the compiler removes bones that are not weighted to verticies, it's not the case. I tried to remove the vertex group for that certain bone, but still does not work.

Also when I exported another model, the console said exported 126, but compiler says 127 bones. So, what happened?

When I export the model using .smd export, It gives me a 140 bone warning, but when I compile with crowbar, it compiles fine.
