Making a model for GMod
Okay, stupid question...
If I want to make an NPC out of a ragdoll model, which file (the reference, ragdoll or qc file) contains the animations?
Also, if I want to change the t pose, should I change it in all of its files, too?

Which file contains the animations? That depends on what you set as $IncludeModel in the QC file.

I also have another question...
My animations were set properly in the qc file, but all it does is t-pose.
How do I not make it t-posed?

In Garry's Mod? I don't know. In the model? Well, *shrug*, I don't work much with animations...

Well nevermind, it's fixed.
I am trying to move that model's arms so its t pose would be more relaxed.
So, any tips?

Yes, but it's too complicated for me to explain by words and/or pictures.

Nevermind, but I got yet another problem (I kinda get them a lot...).
I managed to modify the rest pose, but Crowbar can't compile anymore.
Here'S the log:

Any idea why?

Maybe because, as it clearly says itself, it can't find the ValveBiped.Bip01_Head1 bone to attach at least one of the eyes to?
