What happens if you use localViewTargetFactor and the eyes_updown and eyes_leftright sliders?

I don't think ".blend" is an image extension, so I'll just not download that.

The pupils move a little distance but still facing the left.

shouldn't this line:

I have already tried ,nothing changed.

Finally I figured it out,the issue is on the armature.I rolled the "Head" bone and all its parent bone -90 degrees,now the eyes are looking at the right place.This issue stuck me one week.
