Animation trouble in CUSTOM model(Left4Dead2)
I started making a player model by taking Nick's reference

1. I started using EDIT MODE to edit the bones for the character
2. made a good weight painting
3. Next, I saved it in SMD and compiled it(qc file check:Link IN IMGUR Screenshot )

But in the game the dice fall back into Nick's pose and the model becomes terrible
I had the idea to pre-set the animations of Nick (anim_gambler) in blender and make the dice stand up correctly,but I had blender crash when importing a large number of animations(my PC is low-power)

You have changed the model's reference skeleton, which means that the standard animations are now being played back from a different starting position. You will need to re-make all of them if you want to proceed.

That guy make replace model with changed bones,but he dont remake animation
How he did it?
