Error when exporting smd or animations

Can sombody please help me to fix this? i have updated to 3.0.3 and everything but it still fails

Was struggling with this earlier and restarting blender didn't work. If you recently upgraded to blender 2.83, make sure to reinstall the source tools plugin. That fixed it for me.

you didnt notice that i solved this months ago did you? thanks anyways though
