[DayZ] Group Roles

After today's fiasco, it's clear that we need to assign specific roles to people within the group. This is just a temporary outline until I can put more work in on it, but so far here's what I have.

Commander: Kitteh
Role: Organization, overwatch, orders, navigation.
Sniper/Spotter: Brewtang
Role: Overwatch, long-range engagement, navigation.
Medic: TBA
Role: Group safety.
Pointman: TBA
Role: Breach&Clear, crowd control, close-point protection.
Rear Guard: Joe
Role: Overwatch, warnings, closing doors.
