很多人都对shift code感到很困惑，究竟怎样才能获得shift code？为什么注册了shift account没有收到shift code？真相是，只要shift account通过邮件激活后就会自动获得金钥匙，不需要任何激活码。那么之后该如何通过正规途径获得金钥匙呢？答案是通过shift code，现在只要关注gearbox和2k的官方twitter就可以在第一时间获取新发布的shift code，不过需要注意激活有次数限制，晚了就作废了，只有再等下一轮的发布。gearbox和2k的twitter地址是：https://twitter.com/GearboxSoftware 和 https://twitter.com/2KGames

为避免当前存档或进度消失，建议关闭steam云存储

目前已有部分玩家发生了存档消失或是损失当前进度的情况，避免方法为关闭steam云存储（steam cloud）。关闭方法为在Libray（游戏库），选择borderland 2，点击鼠标右键选择properties（属性），再选择updates（更新），去掉steam cloud下的复选框。
