Server Extinction Event

This chapter of Arkville is coming to a close.


Extinction Event

Server Extinction will occur around 6:30 EST on 07/27/16
This timer has been place in game by using the Extinction Event


What exactly does that mean?
The server is being wiped. Wish there was a more elegant way to say this but anyway I put it there will be plenty of upset people.

Anyone who wishes to aquire the Savedata from before this timer was activated may message me directly for a link. This may be particularly useful for those wishing to take the data and put their own version of it online so they do not lose anything.


Arkville Kingdoms [RP-PVP]

On July 29th Arkville will permanently become Arkville Kingdoms. This server will operate similarly to the old Jurrasic Kingdoms server and will be RP-PVP. There will be no mods on this server and it will be balanced for PVP gameplay.

Permanent Changes

  • Harvesting has been increased 50%
  • There has been a slight alteration in the way autodestroy function works. Structures will now Queue up for a time before being destroyed immediately. This may further help those who are not on for long periods of time. While in this Queue period these structures CAN be destroyed by any other player (and this IS permitted). This means other players CAN either take your items or retrieve your items for you if they are feeling up to it. To reiterate: any item that is marked as destructible is open game to anyone wishing to salvage / demolish / save / etc... Items lost in this manner are not covered by your friendly neighborhood admin insurance.
