Hello to all of you on Steam that like anime/manga/manwha. Among with several other discords under the "Empire branch" we have a anime/manga/manwha server created for people who wish to find like minded individuals to communicate and play games with. Please note that you will need to request access upon joining the TopHat Empire to an admin/mod to be able to freely access the channels on the Discord (bot/spam preventation) and also on the Motoko Onsen server you will also need to request access by confirming that you accept the server rules in the Join-request channel once you have read the rules in the reception channel. Please bare with us and be patient as an admin/mod will get back to you when one is online.
