Types of Roles in CS:

- Entry Fragger
The first one into firefights, guns blazing. Plays aggressive and has a great shot.
- Play maker
Entry Fragger's best friend. Trades kills with the E.F. Plays aggressive and has a great shot.
- Strat Caller
The team leader. calls out strat and Ct positions. Has great knowledge of the game and communicates efficiently.
- Awper
Quick, deadly and accurate. The main sniper support of the team.
- Lurker
Unpredictable and deadly. Great knowledge of rotations, positions, and sound.



What is αlρℏ∀₁₃₃₇ Gaming actually offering? What do we have today?

We strive to become WestCoast's favourite entry level electronic e-sports association, with the only thought we will be free.
Compared to the other associations, where much is offered, but a quota / membership fee is required to be part of their association. With this we have chosen to make Canada's potential best, but free e-learning center within the Esport.


In addition to having made a fantastic free offer for young people so far, although all of our material is collected freely from various other like minded groups, we hope that it will eventually develop enough to be used in other pug teams, eg in other Tier 4 orgs in all parts of Canada.

As a trainee at αlρℏ∀₁₃₃₇ Gaming, you will receive free material guidelines and inspirational YouTube videos within the following:

- What is important in a team?
- How do you play a team?
- What is the role of the players outside the game?
- What is the role of the players in the game?
- How do you accept differences?
- Communication
- Mindset
- Goal

As a member of Alpha1337 Gaming, you are entitled to the following advice:
- Listen sessions (Listen and learn from the routine / get inspired).
- Sparring with management / coaches.
- Managing issues.
- Conflict resolution tools.


Realistic about things, we are the only ones in British Columbia who offer these benefits at novice level without user payment and are developing hard, making it even more attractive to become part of the αlρℏ∀₁₃₃₇ Gaming family.
