here is the rules for the cs 1.6's Servers

1- Dont put any password for any reasons
2- IF any admin ban any player , he should post an announcement and explain the reason of the band by taking a screanshot or upload a demo
3- Make sure that the Priority for the spectators , and the lossers r spec in the next map
4- If any admin unban any player he will get ban from the same server
