Careful of Hooligan. Strange one he is. Can someone explain why he would go around on peoples profliles and accusing them of cheating (completely unsubstantiated), posting lies about them having banned steam accounts?? Pretty unsportmanlike in my opinion (which I'm sure doesn't matter to you). Also has friends that are vac banned (.:Jub Jub:.) Feel free to look at my screenshots for his comments.
