Allied Annihilation Co-op Tournament

ALL applicants for the tournament will join this group, once registering on the Google documents registry you would have been invited to join this group

We require this group for the coined term MODS, to organise teams to fight against each other and for spreading information. On the 28th of July, midnight, registration will close. During the weekend after we will attempt to include the correct number of applicants to enable everyone to have someone to fight against, and that the quarter finals, semi finals and finals run as smoothly as possible. To achieve this 16, 32, 64, etc; numbers of teams registered are ideal. However; an even number of any kind can be worked with and we will try to find a solution. The main problem is for example, 36 teams, 18 teams, 9 teams, now we have to organise them to fight against each other in a way that crowns a winner, which is completely possible but more difficult.

Counting on the number of applicants there will be an estimated 1 or 2 elimination rounds.

It will be written here what the bracket is and which mod will be organising the fight between certain bracketed teams on the weekend of the 29th-30th of July. That mod will then get in contact with the two teams who will be fighting, so 4 players and during the next three days find a time that is optimal for all four players to be online and ready to fight. If one complete team does not turn up for the agreed time then there will be an admin victory, and they will pass that set of elimination rounds.

If we do not have enough complete teams that have applied for the tournament by the 28th of July, midnight, it is possible for the deadline to be extended by a week.

It will be attempted to finish all elimination rounds the week (and weekend) after the weekend of the 29th - 30th of July. Remember, that the elimination rounds will NOT be casted, the moderator in charge will take down the result, and then take the winners of the games they have been in charge of and if another elimination round is to occur, organise games within them.

REMEMBER: The 4 people in the two co-op teams (1v1) will decide the most optimal time how ever if there is to be two elimination rounds there may be a limit on when their game may take place, as two would have to occur within that time-period.

Remember, this tournament will have an estimated cash prize of 250 euros to be split between the victorious players, but most of all it's to have a great time and a good laugh with this different tournament style!
