Massive Restructure

I have decided once again to change the way 8-BitVoid works. From now on, players will try out for positions on the team, not compete against the team directly in dm based combat. This will strengthen the overall capabilities of each team, and prevent snarky eleitest remarks from more practiced players.

Note that with this change brings forth the culling, all players will be tried to find their role and have been currently placed into filler roles according to my previous observations.
