Welcome to the group page of the 79th Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders! We are a long lasting Mount & Blade:Napoleonic Wars regiment that was formed on June 17, 2013 by founding members ARMYSTRONG, Noodlenrice, Modernassassin, Rancid, and Wherner. Our regiment values discipline and skill on the battlefield, as they are key to a sucessful regiment. We encourage members to act profesionally in line battles, be cordial and polite to new players, and respect the rules of events or servers. Exemplary performance on the battlefield is never gone unnoticed and recruiting is always rewarded. Active members will quickly find the 79th to be an experienced, friendly and fun regiment. HISTORY

With origins firmly based in the Highlands, the Queen’s Own Cameron Highlanders were formed at the height of the French Revolutionary Wars in 1793. Raised by Alan Cameron of Erracht, the regiment served in many battles across the world incuding the Dutch Helder Campaign, Quatre Bass, Waterloo, the Crimean War, the Second Boer War and both World Wars.
