Let me be clear. 40th reserves are NOT mercs. You guys are part of the regiment but cannot fully join becuase you have other commitments. That includes being in another regiment, simply not playing NW, or whatever. Reserves are expected to attend important 1v1s. Other than that you dont have to attend but come if you want to.
