What's up gamers it's Big Plem Fucker here announcing the return of Mouse Acceleration Awareness Week. This year it's taking place in 2023.

Hot diggity dog, it's been seven years of cursors moving at consistent speed here in 2HP Sports - not a frame too quick nor a frame too slow. Thank God for that. It certainly makes my university work easier (Lord knows I don't actually play any competitive vidya these days).

If there's anyone left with mouse acceleration turned ON in this group (or in partner organisation the Trillspog) here's my message to you:

Do not resist the truth. You will only make it worse for yourself. The eternal reward awaits only those who switch off mouse acceleration. Do not be left behind to decay.

Friends and lovers,

As I'm sure you all remembered, Mouse Acceleration Awareness Week began yesterday. I also remembered but was too busy watching the Ingerlund game to make an announcement.

As usual we commemorate the anniversary of Zain enlightening his Spog/2HPS brethren on the evils of Mouse Acceleration, and we humbly thank Him for His knowledge.

Though I have not touched, nay, even beheld a mouse in many a moon, instead pursuing an austere, trackpad-oriented life of gaming abstinence, I do not dare forget the significance of this week of weeks.

But enough about me. This week is about Zain. And Cynan, His humble pupil. And 2HPS. And the values of love and inclusivity it engenders in us all.
