ABOUT Snow Pirates

Welcome, all player`s of Lost Planet Extreme Condition or Colonies are welcome.

It was T.C. - 80 eighty years before the Trial Century.
Humankind had abandoned the comfort of a familiar world in order to attempt life of E.D.N. III. As emiigrationto the new world progressed, facilities were constructed to handle the growing population, and colonization appeared to be successful.

With the expansion of the colony, humnaty encountered a new alien lifeform.Known as the Akrid,they were immediately identified as a hostile presence. The humans had no weapons with which to repel Akrid aggression, and were forced to retreat from their new home.
While fleeing from the enigmatic menace, te humans discovered the precious thermal energy lying withing the bodies of the Akrid. It was a powerful new energy source; suddenly humankind was determined to fight.
The humans developed a weapon capable of fighting back against the Akrid scourge --- the Vital Suit, or VS. With VS technology, humanity has returned to E.D.N. III, and the great colonization experiment has resumed.
Those who were left behin in the initial retreat banded together as the Snow Pirates. As a team, they roamed the hostile planet in VS vehicles, fighting for their very survival.

What Are the Snow Pirates?

Snow Pirates are a group of fighters who have choosen to live outside the bounds of society on E.D.N III. In the settlement-spotted landscape of the planet Snow Pirates, whether it be simply to survive or to greedily acquire wealth, put their survival skills into actionand never back down from a fight.

Lost Planet - Info for beginners.

All information is for beginners or people who can not understand how to successfully play. I am sorry for my bad English..
Some poeple asked me to train them,i am hope this information will help them to play LP multyplayer better.
My favorite game type in LP is an elimination. I hope you know what it is so i am not going to explane it here.
Main mistake almost all players do is that they do not cover their back. Even if they had a good position they always jumpps down/ leave their cover as soon as they have seen ennemy.
Now they are open and everybody can see and shot them. If you took cover and camp there for a long time other better players will hunt you if they saw you.
So always try to be invisible for your ennemies and change your camp position. Good shooting position is when you under over your ennemy, and he dont know where exactly u are located.
Now a bit about technicque. My favorite weapon is rocket launcher, so i am going to describe how to use it in a better way. Firstly you have to learn how to shoot sharp.
You must be able to hit your target from any possible position in a jump. (i use highest mouse sensivity in windows settings and standart aim speed 8 in LP).
When you be a bit more less good in it try to shoot and reload in one jump.(it is easier to do when u have double click button on your mouse) If you will be able to do this,
it gives you a greate advantage on other players who reload 2-3 times slower. Another trick i use it defence by rolling. Now almost everybody know about it, but anyway i will describe it.
Rolling defend you from: rockets, grenades, all lasers, energy gun, akrid strikes(for colonies & single player). You must roll approximatelly half a second before rocket/lasers hit you or
grenade blows. Try it in a single player at first, it takes a long tome to learn to do it well but he result- u became almost deadless.
Everything described takes a lot of time to learn it, so try try and try until u get a good results. Create matches and train!
Configuration of control settings that i use is proven over the years by many players of the team 99 KINGZ.
Config: w-moving forward, s-back, d-right, a-left,
Q-rope, e -hit, shift-duck, ctrl-walk, o-90 degrees turn, C-zoom, f-light,
Right mouse click -grenade, left click -fire.
And in PDA menu - Standart aim with speed 8, for me the most sharp.
That settings makes control faster when u get used to it.
PS. when u shoot fast (immediatelly shoot after u pressed jump not shooting when u already landing) it is hard to defend for laggers and people with slow reaction like me.

I am not a cheater and will never cheat in LP, i have all available cheats for LP and checked it all in single player. Dont even try to cheat in game with me, it is not the way to win.
People should leave game if there is a cheater in it. For hosters it is good to enable VAC in all matches. After cheating in a several matches with VAC on cheater will be banned.

Respect all players from very beginners to professionals. Use your brains, your reaction, and your perseverance. One day you become a master.
