1st Joint Task Force | ARMA II: A.C.E. - Realism Unit

The 1st Joint Task Force is a 'Realism Unit' primarily for the game ARMA II, and its expansions. This includes Operation Arrowhead, PMC, and BAF. As a realism unit we enjoy what can be termed as "serious fun" in the words of Dyslexci and ShackTac. It is not a competitive clan nor is it an idle group. We do lengthy cooperative operations, intense TvT/PvP engagements and more within ARMA 2 and its mods. The primary mods used are A.C.E. and A.C.R.E., both increase the immersiveness of the game as well as the enjoyment level.

The unit consists of three commanding officers. In alphabetical order they are: Col. Niall Harris | Col. Stevens. Three commanding officers ensures that everyone will keep each other in check, as well as the members themselves.

On to the actual unit; 1st Joint Task Force is not a whole military division or special forces group from a nation. Rather, it is comprised of members from several countries and of different nationalities. These usually are picked from previous units or lone wolfs who are in search of a more unconventional approach to ARMA. This can be compared loosely with 'Task Force 141', from the Modern Warfare franchise. As such, training is thorough, it is to make every member the best they can be. Sessions are held for tactics and methods, and these could last for 1-9 hours. Training with specific weapons can be done in spare time on the range or our insurgency server as well.
