RETHINKING THE SYSTEM!

I, your fearless, strong, beautiful leader, Yang Xiao Long, have decided to rethink how things work around here. For starters, I have made it so that Moderators are allowed to perform most tasks. "Officer" ranking is reserved for people I trust very strongly, mainly IRL friends and people I've known for a long time. Coco Adel, as you should probably know, is one of them. Dr. Oobleck and Silver_circuit are two friends I know I can trust and have known for a while, so they are prime Officer candidates.
