We hold ourselves and our brothers to a higher standard than most other ArmA 3 units. In our Rank structure, we adhere to the Customs and Courtesies that each rank deserves, as each member has earned their spot in the unit through perseverance and hard work. In order to ensure our members keep to the standards expected of them, we look for the extraordinary. In doing so we aim to build those applicants, as well as our fellow members, up, to meet and exceed every bar, obstacle, or challenge that is set before us. As stated in our basic qualities, we expect professionalism and maturity from every member and recruit. Outside of ArmA, we can often be found in another game or in the All Hands Lounge, joking around and cracking jokes from the newest Recruit to some of our longest serving members. We do this to strengthen our bonds and to build and grow our unit to be the most professional unit with the strongest brotherhood we can create.

• A solid foundation with an unlimited, ultra powerful dedicated server for our missions, training, operations and teamspeak with no overhead costs.
  
• Full training pipeline with every member held to the same standard, every member is required to go through our extensive training course. You only trust the man next to you on the battlefield if they know as much as you.
  
• A unique operational environment The 13th’s experienced team of mission makers craft each mission and operation with dedication, to provide our members the most immersive and eventful game experience that we are able to emulate.

• Maturity We are an 18+ unit looking for more than just another random ArmA players to join our community. We want intelligent, articulate members who can go on to become constructive participants in the community, willing to work towards building a quality unit and enhancing the experience for everyone.
  
• Dedication We want people willing to play an active role within our community. This requires some of your time and dedication to interacting with the community. Be prepared to interact with your new friends - and should you be lucky enough to get through the Recruit phase, your new brothers - on TeamSpeak and Discord.
  
• Communications You must have a working Microphone and be prepared to use TeamSpeak 3 & Discord.
