For some reason Valve's Vac system bans on a delay. Once you're caught cheating. You can be banned in a week, or a month. Hell even multiple months.

Yeah, and that's annoying and it's hypocritcal of him. But that doesn't make you and your sudden defense for doing it any less annoying. He should improve if he expects the same. But as an admin you should be the better person and not mention that just for use as a stupid excuse. Anyway, I'd rather not deal with a response because I don't wanna derail the thread.
