About how the hell did I went from 750 kB/s to 40 kB/s and less!?
I'm literally the only person using the internet and the only thing I did was downloading a game from Steam while I was playing a game on my PC.

We recently changed our plan to increase our download speed from 150 kB/s to 750 kB/s and when I woke up in the morning to see that it's increased, it went great but when the time hit afternoon, it suddenly went extremely slow and it's been like that for nine hours.
What went wrong?
