A few things to keep in mind:
-My workflow goes like this: I prepare all the pending requests then completely ignore the thread until I finish working on them. So if I post and your avatar isn't there yet, then don't worry, you're next in line. You only need to post once.
-You can request avatars for wherever else you use avatars in addition to your steam avatar and you can make as many requests as you want.
-You can have a santa hat even if there's nothing in your avatar to wear it. I'll figure something out.
-Make sure you like, favorite, and subscribe to the thread so you can know when your avatar is ready.
