Kerbal Space Program is a game where you manage a space programme and create aircraft, rockets, space stations, landers etc all with their own weights and aerodynamics simulated with newtonian physics in a solar system with planets that all have their own characteristics and simulated atmospheres.

Space Engine is a huge simulator which has a universe of known objects (E.g our solar system, known stars and galaxies) and uses procedural generation for the rest. It has planets, moons, comets/asteroids, stars, galaxies, nebulae and all sorts of other celestial bodies all with their own orbits in realtime (Orbits on rails though, not physics). The planets/moons all have their own terrain generated right down to the ground level in incredible detail, some of the visuals the engine creates are photo realistic. Everything you see in the background is something you can explore right down to the scale of meters on the ground - there's 100s of billions of galaxies - each with billions of stars and planets.

Universe Sandbox is on a much smaller scale but uses proper physics calculations and such to simulate orbits and atmospheres as well as collisions between different objects. It's great for creating "what if" scenarios, e.g what if a differ star was in our solar system besides sol.

Maybe this is a bit picky but I honestly think they're the biggest Space Sims around, for example is incredibly static and a lot of things like stars are just skyboxes.
