Depends on what.
Usually fixes are on the workshop, some may exist on sfmlab.
Almost every single model from recent updates you can get by just manually updating your SFM (refer to: Google).

I'm sure there's a fix for the broken cosmetics, but the question is if it would be worth spending hours looking for a fix on one specific cosmetic whenever you run into broken ones.

The reason I suggested we do seperate shots isn't because I'm afraid everyone won't be able to get into the shot, but rather I'm afraid that SFM will become too slow if we leave so many entities at a time. I once experimentally created like 36 spy models to see if the 2 forum regs poster would work, and my SFM was acting slow as molasses. As for the cosmetics thing, finding the cosmetics isn't the issue, but getting all of them to work properly can be a hassle, at least for me. Some of the cosmetics are flat out broken, like the haunted voodoo souls, and the only AO fix I found was for a few of the models.

Personally I can stack up well over dozens of models before it starts slowing down. Not to mention it doesn't matter how slow it goes, I can still pose just fine as long as the frames per second are over 2.
