Petition to remove Pyrofish's permanent ban
Then tell us your stressed out and let someone else take over. Don't just sit there doing fuck all and constantly stressing over something so insignificant as a steam group.
It wouldn't be so hard around here if group members acted like grown-ups, it also wouldn't be so hard if you were able to ban all the toxic people as a moderator. There are much easier solutions than just "letting others to deal with this", nothing even guarantees that they're able to do so. Easier solution is having moderators able to use their brains while making decisions.

It's not my opinion, it's blatently obvious people like Littlefoot have a stupid grudge against her for one reason or another which they refuse to let go. Hell, I've bought this up before and they've refused to comment on it, leading me to believe it's true and they know it.
I'm against Pyrofish as well. That is because he leaves very provoking comments and insults other members. Why should this be tolerated? I don't understand.

As for Reddit, that's a completely different site so shouldn't apply here.
These are both communities where you comment on things. The main reason why sub-reddits tend to be cleaner and nicer places to discuss than these Steam groups is because in sub-reddits moderators tend to have authority and they can ban people who are obviously asking to be banned, even if they never broke any rules.

Look at the steam forums and the amount of insults that are thrown around there. Is anyone banned because of it?
On TF2 discussion forums, Pyrofish is banned though.
And I don't think provoking was ever against any rule that was set specifically to apply to TF2 forums. In fact, the only rules that apply on TF2 discussions are general guidelines, which also (surprisingly) apply to every single Steam group out there as well as the whole community of Steam, and...

The general guideline rule #1 is this:
Do not flame or insult other members

So if we think about this from wider perspective, Pyrofish breaks the community guidelines and should be banned. Because if the group doesn't follow the guidelines, it may get removed due to non-existant moderating.

I'm not Pyrofish, I dont know whether she is joking or not. However, I do know that people in this group take everything way to seriously and a triggered by even the slightest insult.
Insulting is unnecessary. I don't see why it's needed around here. And it is even less needed when they start these flamewars. It's like you putting gasoline to something and asking others to throw fire in it. Yes, they did throw that fire but you really can't deny your responsibility in that scenario.
Bro, managing a fucking steam group is not stressful. If you seriously think this is stressful you have no idea what later life has in store for you...
Managing a Steam group is mostly stressful because you happen to have other things to worry about, like you actually have a life. It's also stressful because you have to make decisions that you'll always get heavily judged for, regardless if they're right or wrong. It's also stressful because you deal with reports and protesting, on a long run those things really put a lot of pressure on you.

Here's an idea, maybe you just ignore the reports seeing as they are all by the same group of people who have some stupid, childish grudge against some random person on the internet they've never met before (Yes, I'm looking at you Littlefoot, don't deny it).
I see this is more like your personal opinion rather than you actually trying to give proper advice. Any good moderator takes reports seriously and if the group makes sense (this group really doesn't at this point), they'd be able to decide whether or not that person deserves the ban. General rule is, if you're an asshole towards others, you need to be kicked the fuck away immediately. This rule doesn't apply in this group for whatever reason.

In Reddit for instance, which is such a perfect example of well moderated platform, you can take arguing very far with people, but as soon as you start to throw inappropriate words such as 'kill yourself' or 'you fucking retarded piece of shit', you're banned. There is an obvious difference between having a constructive conversation with someone and just throwing insults at people. Even if such thing is not technically prohibited by the group rules themselves, this kind of behavior should always be disapproved and punishable in my eyes. If you can't manage a conversation with someone without such insults, you don't deserve to have any conversations with anyone.

Also, do you think she create all that drama herself? Of coruse not, that's absured. Just look in the Regs. How much drama is in there, Zero. Same for Forum Filth. There is only drama here because of those same idiots who can't take a joke or just need to grow up and get over her behaviour. You're going to meet plenty of people just like that, if not worse, IRL. Get fucking used to it.
I don't see how for example, telling people to kill themselves is a joke. He isn't joking - that is just a random excuse that you threw out of nowhere. He is provoking, plain simple.
