I'm pretty sure that non-consensual sex has never been legal in the United States at all, regardless of whether they were married or not.

Idk, it'd be hard to give evidence considering that they delete Robo's posts when he gets really juicy from what I remember with him. I mean if you actually have to delete someone's post you aren't doing your job as moderator in the first place.
