Thirdly I don't mind aiming on the pc, I've gotten rather good at aiming on tf2 now that I've played 2000 hours. Working up that ladder has to be one least entertaining experiences though. When you can get paired against players who can jump in a room and headshot 4 or so people before anyone has time to turn around I feel there's a wall. One to discourage new players from joining in, without their share of blood and sweat. Also the same wall encourages petty players to smurf and/or pubstomp to try to play with newbs as it means they're gods among the bad audience.

It's one of the worst things I can think about in pc gaming, besides cheaters. It makes starting in a hardcore community extremely fustrating. Aiming well isn't something you pick up in a day, I wasn't counter sniping aimbots or other good players when I first started. People could suffer though hundreds of hours before their aim improves. If I wanted to play an mmo with pvp enable in the starting spawns I'd go find a chair and rope, they're both about the same amount of fun.
You've done your research, I'll give you that. I was unaware of Blackops running on sixty FPS on new consoles due to how common 30 FPS was with older generations. Thank you for informing me. As for the "wall." There's always been a skill wall, and though I've found it annoying being matched against players notably better than others. I always enjoy the experince afterwards. Because to me it encourages me to get better, to see people do such things, I think about how I want to do that to. It drives me to improve. Sure cheaters and smurfs are annoying, but they get banned and I'm willing to deal with them on a rare occasion if it means I get to play with better hardware. I don't believe 24/7 aim assist is good at all for a competitive game. It dumbs it down way too much. It blows my mind how tedious it is to aim with a controller, and how the aim assist is almost required just to play. and how hard it is to make those slight adjustments for rifles. I know it takes a ton of time to get good at aiming. But I'd rather simply get good at aimming and that alone. I can't stand "learning" to aim with aim assist holding my hand 24/7. I'm willing to make the sacrifices of the occasional smurf and pubstomp to play with the superior mouse and controller. Aim assist kills the term "skillful."
Yep. I'd go so far as to say your above average player has nearly the same aim as a professional player. Less depth for comp, better suited for new or casual players though.

Black ops handles better on the consoles than pc. More community, lower skill floor by aim assist(which I consider a good thing, stops stomping and makes the game more forgiving to new players), less cheating if you're playing a new console, better moderation and more fair environment(everyone's gonna have the same hardware so no one can have higher frames or graphical glitches).
Last part is a fair point, but 30 FPS is not enjoyable once experincing higher frame rates. But the frame rate difference is not something that wins game or loses games. unless the FPS difference is like someone has 15 FPS other team has 80. But most of the stuff you mentioned has nothing to do with how the game actually plays. However the comment on enjoying aim assist speaks to me. About how you either suffer from some disease that makes it very hard to aim. Or just how incompetent you are and that you don't actually like shooters. Since you don't want to bother with the most important gameplay ascept.

TF2 is a good exception from this though. As you have plenty of classes that require little aiming. Engineer, soldier, demoman, pyro, medic. There's still lots of fun for bad players to have. But if the only class in the game was sniper, I think you'd see a lot of cancerous lobbies. The only people who seem to have fun in sniper-only servers are those who perform the best, everyone else is just meat for the meat grinder.

I'm turning into a weeb and I don't like it

The Stickybomb Launcher still needs a nerf imo.
