Bandwagon threads are usually an idea copy and pasted with their name over it. Quite literally a copy & paste thread with the only thing unique about it being who posted it.


Forum games although generic in some cases can't possibly be spammed in the same regard, Each one is somewhat unique in it's own way. Forum games are not something that happens and then everyone immediately copies. They aren't "bandwagons" as it were. I don't see how you can possibly see them as bandwagon threads.


That said I've never seen forum games in a general discussion on most forums though. Usually they get stuck in spam because the posts in forum games tend to be spam-ish rather than discussing anything tbh.
