I feel like JOJO is the only anime where I can watch freely without risk of looking like a pervert since so many animes have ecchi scenes in them one way or another

Thing is, thats really hard.
Every anime will have girls that must expose themselves in an extremely sensual way with a slow motion, close up, angle aimed specifically to make the sexiness burst to the extreme.

Every anime will have one. Except JoJo, because its mainly just filled with manly men doing manly things. I am not gay too so yeah, just for manly watching.

Off the top of my head, these anime don't have much fan service.

Digimon (S1-4, 5 onward has a ton of boobies)
Pokemon X/Y
Keroro Gunso (has some, not a lot)
Voltron LD
Squid Girl (Again, has some but not a lot)

Its just a cute slice of life anime about a squid girl. Kind of like a cutsey version of Invader Zim.
