I once got Perma'd from the Gmod forums.

Permabanned from the FNaF forums, Counter Strike forums, Dota 2 Forums and the TF2 forums.
I also got suspended from Steam Community Privileges for a day.
I'd like to add that this is my first ban.

1 week ban from TF2 forums, reason trash post (2 posts of:

(probably about 60-70 in each post)), it was in salt and toxic stuff storage (it was said the salt from the TF2 forums is what powers the weapons)

CS:GO, 3 day ban for spamming on bait threads. FNaF 2, banned for 3 days again. FNaF 3 banned for a week. I should target Undertale next for a perma.
